Refund Policy

  • Clients need to pay at least 50% of payment before starting the project. If clients want to cancel after we started the project then refund is not possible. We can only initiate refund if client cancel before we start working on this project. We start working after 24 hours of getting the advance payment. Clients must cancel the order within 24 hours if they want.

  • Clients must contact us before paying. Clients must pay to our authorized bank/payment link provided by us.

  • Clients should carry the proof of payment.

  • Refund will be initiated within 3 days & it will be credited within 7 business days to the bank account of customer.

  • Clients must communicate through our official Mail ID : clients@freelance10x.com / WhatsApp : +91 8274083799 / Telegram : @Freelance10x / Instagram : @freelance10x or devraj_cse / Website : Freelance10x.com. Clients should not use any other communication medium for contacting.

  • We must communicate via our official social media handles. We may add clients to our team's group on WhatsApp/Telegram. We will add clients via our official social media handles. Our Team may use other email ids, it will contain @freelance10x.com at ending, i.e., EmployeeName@freelance10x.com. We may upload output of the project on google drive (Video.Uploads.Client@gmail.com)

  • We generally deliver video editings, thumbnails, subtitles in 3 days. It depends on the type of the work. We try to deliver on time, but sometimes it may delay for some reason.

  • Customer should above rules before paying & before claiming refund.

  • Please contact us for claiming refund to our official email id : clients@freelance10x.com & mention your client id, name, phone number, address & the reason why you want refund. Client id will be provided by our team.
